About this study

If eligible, you will be asked to take one of two different doses of CARDIO salmon oil capsules daily, and report your sleep and cough symptoms.

What's Involved
This study assesses the effects of CARDIO salmon oil, a whole fish oil, on sleep quality and cough in urban environments. Participants will:

Verify eligibility and enroll via the Alethios platform.

Provide a shipping address to receive CARDIO capsules and confirm their receipt.

Connect their eligible smart device to track sleep metrics and complete surveys over 10 weeks.

Participants who fulfill all study requirements will receive an Amazon gift card and no further follow-up is necessary.


What's being studied?
CARDIO Salmon Oil capsules, provided by Hofseth BioCare ASA, contain full-spectrum marine omega fatty acids known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, potentially improving sleep and reducing cough.

Am I eligible?
If you're a non-smoker between the ages of 18 and 70, living in an urban area with frequent sleep disturbances possibly due to air pollution, you may qualify for this study.
